just another other.

lately work has been the only time i have any fun, it's so weird. i actually have been enjoying work a lot. before i go, i don't really want to, but when i get there i have a great time. i am pretty bored most of the time in beaverton, and cole and i have one day off together, which is really nice. and since i go to work late, i get to hang out with him a lot, but on days he works it's really boring and lonely here, haha. but i think i'm gonna get into reading more. i read choke and finished it in like three days. so i think i am gonna go dig up my books out of the tiny closet we have here and read read read. well sometimes i can't read, like when clint has the tv up really loud, or he is playing his gross metal like he is right now. it's not even good metal which is even more annoying. and what is he doing? shaving his god damn head and goatee. i'm sorry, you don't fucking need a metal background song to do normal every day activities. i should just play britney spears really loud while i get ready. same diff. that was a little bit of a random tangent, but i just got up and i have to wake up to random idiots screaming at me. awesome/not.

anyway, as i said, work has been great. i usually make about $100-200 a night or more. sometimes if it's really slow, i will make less, but i have been bringing home good money. i got to dance in the window two nights in a row, so i didn't have to pay that lame $40 house fee. thank tha heavens! i got a two girl show with like, one of the hottest dancers there. it was delicious. and the guys that bought it totally loved us. and i totes bit her nips. lolzzz. the first night i was in the window i was the hot girl's (her name is sway) slave, so i was like on a little metal leash and she was spanking me in the window, hahaha. then last night i was the window dancer and then i got a slave girl, cameron, and we had a lot of fun. after we got a whole bunch of people into the club, we decided to rape them of their money, so we did a two girl dance and made a bunch of money, like $48 each, i believe it was. lilly, who is actually one of the best dancers, got pretty pissed and cut us short of our second set, so dice (our dj) told us to just go up after her. he was actually kinda mad about it, haha. and so we went up again, and these australian boys were being so hilarious and just giving us all their money. and before we got up one was all "you're cute!" in his little australian accent. and then he asked me when i went up and i said "we're up next." and he and his other aussie friends were like "we'll be waiting girls!!" hahaha. it was pretty hilarious.

the night before a fuckin'
ninja came into the club, and it was awesome. he was wearing black shoes, black skinny jeans, a bleak sweatshirt with the hood up, and a little black mask that covered his face up to his eyes. and he was wearing glasses, haha. but he wouldn't talk to anyone! he just wrote on bills and gave them to the girls. i didn't talk to him, so i didn't get any (i wish though), but i saw cameron's. he wrote "i don't talk, money talks." and she asked him his name (i am guessing) and he was like "just another other. AO for short." haha. and lilly said he gave her like $500 throughout the night and he like wrote a story on all of her money. he was hilarious and awesome. we also got another ridiculous person come in that night, and i am pretty sure he was from the band "LMFAO" because another girl said that he was just having fun after he got done playing a show and he was wearing these items:
(not the jacket, the pants, haha)
this jacket:

anddd these glasses:

yep, he was quite the character.
but all of that stuff, except the pants, is LMFAO merch.
so weird.
so that's been my life outside of beaverton.
nakedness, strippers, crazy people, money, etc.
very awesome.

i know what i need.

hey guys! just thought i would do a little update. i've made some decisions and am really excited for life starting next month. i saw emilie last week, and i felt so great afterward. it's been a while since i've been able to visit portland and really enjoy it without feeling totally miserable because i can't be there for longer than a few hours. but seeing her, and just having an all together great time with her and her ladies, really helped me savor every moment. i've missed her a lot and that visit will be a very memorable one. i registered for fall term, and i am deciding to move back into the dorms when school starts. i'm going to live in a single studio, by myself, and it will be fabulous. cole talked to clint about moving downtown and he was not having it, but to be frank, i simply refuse to live in beaverton while i am in school. i was thinking about my schedule and how taking the bus and max to get to class would be pretty terrible. i would have to wake up 2-2.5 hours earlier than if i just lived a minute away. not to mention the ride back home, and then i'd start homework late and have no time for anything (okay, that might be a little exaggeration! haha). school is very important to me, and i rather enjoy being on time without having to sacrifice some much needed sleep and studying time. i just feel so trapped here, and i feel a lot better that i will be able to live where i want to and not where i have to. cole is very supportive and he is excited to stay over when he has to work since he won't have to walk like two miles home afterward, which is what he has to do now.

fuck beaverton.

here is my first choice building, if i don't get it i have two backup choices:

i really like it for some reason, and even though it just has a tub,
i can easily attach a shower head to it.
also, baths are really nice sometimes.
it's not furnished,
which means i will have a lot of control over setup and decoration,
but also that i will need to buy furniture.
definite trip to ikea in the near future.
i saw a really cute bed in their catalogue than can double as a couch,
which i think is fantastic. loves it.

my schedule goes as follows:

monday/wednesday/friday:
  • spanish, 2:00-3:05
tuesday/thursday:
  • communicating with children about violence, 8:00-9:50
& i am also taking an online womens studies & mentor class
it's my sophomore inquiry, which is required.
i wanted to take something else, but it was the only one left.
i'm a little nervous about it being online.
some subjects are easy online, others, not so much.
hoping this one is the former though!

a firefly in a knapsack.

i haven't updated this in so long! so my thursday/friday/saturday plan has been working well. i have successfully paid two months rent (and electricity and internet bills), bought groceries, paid for bus/max tickets for cole and i both, and bought cole lunch every day that he's been working. but he starts getting money on the fifth of this month, so that will help me out a bit. i actually haven't spent any money on myself save for last week when i was supposed to hang out with molli (sadly, i didn't, but someday!) and i bought myself some rings, and a strawberry/banana/chocolate kabob. well worth it, in my opinion. i am now a member of godiva choclatier's little club thing, so now i get a free piece of chocolate every month. siccckkk. hahaha. rent is going to go down once cole starts getting paid too, because we will be splitting it three ways. so that's also cool! although clint does want to move into a two bedroom. it sucks because we went into portland a couple weeks ago 'cause cabe came up to visit and all clint had to say was "yuppie blah blah blah. if it's not like the ghetto then i'm not comfortable." it sucks. i don't think he wants to move to portland, but honestly. cole and i both have jobs in portland, i have school coming up and i do not want to rely on the max and bus to get to school. pcc has a campus in portland, so i want to try and convince clint to move to portland, but he's really intimidating. honestly, i've been hating living in beaverton. i can't leave when i feel sick of being in the house because there's nothing to do and nowhere to go. it feels like a giant version of grants pass, except for it's so big (or spread out, i dunno) you don't even see people. and i've been late to work twice because of the bus/max. on saturday the bus just flat out passed me. he didn't even look at the stop to see if anyone was there, and i even walked out to the sidewalk so they could see me. not a god damn glance. retarded. i guess if we do live in beaverton it better fucking be like two seconds away from a max or bus station because i don't know if i can live here and have to worry about getting into portland all the time. i know i could fix that by getting a license and driving, but fuck that. cars are expensive, insurance is expensive, gas is expensive, etc. and i don't neeeed a car, it's just a pain in the ass living in beaverton and not having one. oh, well. i've been keeping myself as entertained as i can, though. gotta make the most of it, i guess!

anyway, some funny 'haps at work:
  1. some black guys made it rain on my stage set. i made like forty dollars in one dance.
  2. this guy that is friends with the bouncer went to gphs. we used to ride the bus together.
  3. i gave this guy a private show and he was rolling on e. he tried to lick me! i fucking could not stop laughing. he had taken two ecstasy.
  4. whenever people are being lame and not tipping, niki and i will play with each other's boobs and everyone thinks we are huge dykes. loves it.
  5. the girls have taken to putting their vaginas in front of the air conditioner.
  6. this guy came in that looked like katt williams and snoop dogg mixed together. it was awesome, and he was being so cute and hilarious. he was like "i can make anyone smile. i can make a fish smile! that's how you know you're really something, when you can make a fish smile." hahahaha.
  7. laurie (the owner) makes me go on the microphone sometimes and announce dancers, and tell people to tip. my way of telling people to tip is "tip, bitches!" and she loves it.
  8. this black guy was yelling "THEY CALL ME TRICK DADDY!" all night.
  9. some guy was rapping during a song when the rapper wasn't even rapping. he was pretty drunk, hahaha. but it was so hilarious to watch.
we've gotten some new girls too. the only one that has stayed is "cameron." she is friends with reno, and she's really cute. she has a septum, pink hair, dermal on the middle of her chest and by her eye. she's tiny and she used to strip in reno, but on a pole, not a stage. so she is still trying to figure out how to dance, haha. but she's really sweet, i like her a lot.

say goodbye to a glitter girl.

i worked last night and had a lot of fun, and came home with $168. i am pretty glad about that. i got a private show for a half hour (wtf, right? who wants to pay $140 to see a naked girl, honestly?!) which meant i didn't have to pay house fee. that was a definite weight off my shoulders. but guess where he was from. just guess.

grants pass.

ridiculous. i laughed my ass off, i have been waiting for someone from gp to come in, but i didn't know him. still ridiculous. also, he was so nerdy i actually thought he was gay at first, so i thought he was just going to get a lapdance just for kicks but nope! and he was so stoked about it, and i just kept laughing 'cause he was being so funny. nikki gave me a lapdance because she was bored, which was hilarious. i work today and tomorrow, which should bring in good money since it's the weekend. i think the thurs-fri-sat thing is a good plan!

also cole was just bopping his head right next to me while watching me type, and i asked what he was doing and he was like "i'm blogging!" and i was like "no, you're not." and he said "baby, i'm just blogging!!" what a silly.
